Pancreas Graft Duct Management (non-US)


There were no statistically significant differences in outcome for US versus non-US cases in patient survival, graft survival or duct management categories.

In non-US 1994-1998 SPK cadaveric cases (n = 578), BD graft survival at one year was significantly higher than in ED SPK cases: 84% for BD and 73% for ED (Figure 10). In non-US 1994-1998 cadaveric PAK cases (n = 28) and PTA cases (n = 24), the differences were not significant, but the number of reported cases was small (Text only).
