PAK Outcome by Induction Therapy


For PAK MMF+Tac recipients, there was no significant difference by induction therapy protocol in overall pancreas GSR at one-year for BD or ED cases (p=>0.25) (Figure 26). For BD, GSR was highest in both the depleting (n=107) and non-depleting (n=26) groups, 84%; GSRs for both types (n=130) and none (n=55) were 78% and 83% respectively. In the ED subset, 1-year GSRs were highest at 83% using non-depleting antibodies (n=152); GSRs for depleting (n=106) and none (n=88) were 79% and 74% respectively. The subgroup PAK ED both (n=13) was too small for analysis.
