PTA Outcome by Induction Therapy


For PTA MMF+TAC recipients, there were no significant differences among any of the antibody induction protocols for BD or ED subsets (p=>0.50) (Figure 27). In the BD subset, GSR was highest for depleting (n=53), 91%; GSR for both types (n=117) was 82%. In the ED subset, the PTA GSR was highest for both types (n=6), 100%; GSRs for depleting (n=28), non-depleting (n=27) and none (n=12) were 96%, 84% and 56% respectively.  However, numbers in some PTA subgroups were very small. Some subgroups were too small for analysis: PTA BD non-depleting (n=5) and PTA none (n=8).
